Learning to "Run"

Learning to “run” has been a nightmarish process for me. It took me weeks to even be able to jog for 5 minutes and months to build from there. It felt like my body was rejecting the activity, but with lots of support from friends and seasoned runners, I worked my way up and even completed a 5K!

One way I like to stay fit and active while traveling or on vacation is by using my @aaptiv app with awesome trainers and workouts from strength and cardio to yoga and stretching, from 5 minutes quick hits to hour long runs, it really has something for everyone!
